El Teatro Culinario is creativity, surprise, harmony, incitement, poetry, fantasy, culture and great flavor. We search continually for new flavors and textures through research, deconstruction and experimentation. Our creations are nor confined to appeal only to the sense of taste. We aim to satisfy and charm sight, hearing, touch and smell. This is how we deviate from classic structure. We look for new combinations of sweet, salty, sour and bitter creating a greater and full experience. We are comitted to the flavors of Oaxaca.

Our cuisine is better known as "cocina de autor", where the cook/chef goes beyond cooking a product and looks for new flavor complements, textures and colors to improve presentation, product and the experience. In this way, we gain a representation of what we call ephemeral art.
